João Pedro Araújo

I am a final-year CS Ph.D. student at Stanford University in Karen Liu's Movement Lab. My research spans character animation and, more recently, humanoid robots. My animation work centered on human motion capture and generation in domestic environments. My work in robotics focuses on how we can leverage that data to teach humanoid robots to perform tasks in those environments.

Before Stanford, I did research in pure mathematics and automated reasoning.
